Deleted AI conversations can now be restored or permanently removed

Deleting an AI conversation currently moves it into a private Studio trash directory, but Studio provides no way to view, restore, or permanently remove the deleted conversation. The AI conversation menu should expose deleted conversations for the current solution, allow individual conversations to be restored, and allow the trash to be emptied with confirmation.
