Enabled web search is now available for every AI Assistant request

When web search is enabled in Objo Studio, the AI Assistant should have access to its configured web-search provider for every request. Previously, prompts without a small set of network-related keywords could not use web search even though it was enabled, causing ordinary factual questions to fall back to unrelated project and documentation searches.
