Settings > General controls are no longer obscured by the scrollbar

Action buttons on the General Settings pane do not share a consistent right edge and can extend beneath the vertical scrollbar. Inset the directory and update rows equally so Reset and Check Now remain fully visible and aligned without widening the Settings window.
