Projects can run trusted automation during Build and Publish

Allow projects to run trusted, explicitly configured automation during Build and Publish. Build tasks can prepare generated resources or perform other repeatable project-specific work, run in a defined order, behave consistently in Objo Studio and the objo command-line tool, and report failures through the normal build output. A task must never run merely because its solution was opened.
