Find controls inside windows, tabs, and page panels

Window, TabPanel, and PagePanel should provide built-in recursive control lookup by name or tag. TabPanel and PagePanel should also expose snapshot arrays of the direct controls on a specified tab or panel. This lets applications discover visually designed controls inside multi-page layouts without maintaining parallel arrays or adding per-control event handlers.
