Separate current projects from application targets in the Studio toolbar

In multi-project solutions, provide separate Studio toolbar selectors for the project being edited and the application used by Run, Profile, Build, and Publish. Worker projects remain selectable for editing, analysis, and tests without being presented as standalone applications.
