Allow keyboard shortcuts to be customised in Settings

Add a Keyboard page to Objo Studio Settings where users can search commands, inspect and change their shortcuts, assign multiple bindings, detect conflicts, and restore the defaults. A later extension may allow shortcut schemes to be imported and exported.
