Demonstrate automatic pagination in the Printing Demo

Expand the bundled Printing Demo to paginate variable-length invoice data automatically. The example should measure wrapped text using the actual font settings and column widths, keep rows together, repeat table headings on each invoice page, reserve the page header and footer areas, and calculate PrintJob.PageCount before rendering.
