Allow ImageViewer images to be aligned within the control

Add configurable alignment for the image displayed inside an ImageViewer. Developers should be able to position a fitted image at the top, bottom, sides, corners, or centre when aspect-preserving scaling leaves unused space, while the existing centred behaviour remains the default. The setting should be available in code and in the Window Designer.
