Add an ImageViewer alignment example

Bundle a beginner Desktop UI example with Objo Studio that demonstrates every ImageAlignment position and lets users change an ImageViewer alignment at runtime. The example should make the unused space around a uniformly scaled landscape image obvious, including the top-alignment use case.
