Optionally show debugger controls in the Debugger panel

Add an opt-in Objo Studio setting that shows compact Continue, Pause, Step Over, Step Into, Step Out, and Stop controls in the Debugger panel as well as in the main toolbar. This keeps the default interface unchanged while letting developers with large displays keep execution controls close to the debugger information they are inspecting.
