TextArea supports programmable plain-text editing

Expand the desktop TextArea control with programmable editing commands, editing-state properties, placeholder text, wrapping and tab-entry options, and a TextCommitted event. This makes common plain-text editing features available directly to Objo code as well as through native keyboard shortcuts and menus.
