Database calls accept forwarded parameter arrays

Allow a reusable database helper to forward its captured ParamArray to parameterised SelectSQL, ExecuteSQL, and their asynchronous variants. Database methods will accept a fixed Object() parameter array alongside the existing inline ParamArray overload, so wrappers can centralise error handling and reconnection without manually preparing and type-switching every value.

Expose DatabaseException.IsConnectionFailure so applications can distinguish a dropped connection from query, constraint, or authentication failures before deciding whether to reconnect. Retry policy remains application-controlled because automatically retrying a write can duplicate a command whose server-side outcome is unknown.
