Publish a versioned Objo Agent Skill

Publish an official, installable Objo Agent Skill that helps coding agents write, review, and maintain Objo projects accurately. The skill should be versioned with Objo Studio releases, direct connected agents to the version-matched documentation and safe workspace operations exposed by the existing Studio MCP server, and retain useful language guidance when Studio is not connected.

The skill complements the MCP server: MCP supplies live tools and canonical bundled documentation, while the skill supplies portable Objo-specific decision rules, workflow guidance, and routing that reduce incorrect assumptions from Xojo, Visual Basic, or other BASIC-family languages.
