Add Show in Designer and View Code to the desktop hierarchy context menu

The Web page designer's hierarchy context menu offers "Show in Designer" and "View Code" for every node. The desktop window designer's hierarchy context menu has no equivalents — only event, clipboard, layout, delete, and duplicate items — so moving from a hierarchy row straight to the control's code (beyond double-click) or back to its designer selection takes extra steps. Add the same navigation items to the desktop hierarchy for parity.
