Hint that TagField entries are separated by commas

The TagField's Text property accepts comma-separated entries, but nothing in the designer communicates that. Users enter free text such as aa,bb,cc and are surprised when the field splits it into tags. Provide a hint — for example placeholder text in the field's editor or a caption beneath the Inspector's Text property — explaining that entries are separated by commas.
