Add text selection support to SearchField

Add text-selection support to SearchField, consistent with TextField, so applications can position the insertion point, select part of a search query, and read or replace the selected text.

Provide writable SelectionStart, SelectionLength, and SelectedText properties, together with a SelectionChanged event. This supports workflows such as restoring the cursor after updating a query and selecting text for replacement.
