Link control for Web and Desktop projects

Add a Link control to both Web and Desktop projects so developers can display clickable text that opens a website, email address, or downloadable file without building their own link behaviour.

The control should be available in Studio's visual designers and expose matching Text and URL properties on both platforms. Web links should support opening in the current tab or a new tab, as well as links to application endpoints. Desktop links should open through the operating system's default URL handler.

This would make common actions such as “Visit our website”, “Contact support”, and “Download a report” straightforward to add, with keyboard access and an appearance that follows the application's theme.
