Add an optional subtitle to charts

Add an optional Chart.Subtitle string displayed directly below the chart title. A chart could show a short title such as “Revenue” and put the selected period or filter on a separate line, instead of appending it to an increasingly long title. Make the property editable in Studio and available at runtime for desktop and web Charts.
