Allow custom background colours on desktop Buttons

Allow desktop Buttons to have a custom background colour in the Window Designer and from Objo code. By default, a Button should continue to use the current theme and respond to light/dark appearance changes. Setting BackgroundColour should enable the custom colour; setting HasBackgroundColour to False should restore the theme appearance without discarding the chosen colour. HasBackgroundColour should default to False.
