Web TabPanel should provide Controls(index As Integer) As Array(Of Control) so an app can inspect the controls placed on a particular tab. The array should contain that tab's direct child controls in designer order, including when the tab is not selected. This gives Web projects the same tab-scoped inspection available in desktop projects and complements Web PagePanel.Controls(index) and GroupBox.Controls().
