Add a MarkdownViewer control to Web apps, with as much compatibility as possible with the MarkdownViewer already available in Desktop apps.

Developers should be able to display formatted reports, help and documentation, rich-text descriptions, and other content produced by their app using familiar MarkdownViewer properties, methods, and events. Include support in Studio's Web designer and inspector, selectable text, links, images, styling, and HTML/plain-text conversion. Document the small number of differences required by browser and Web hosting behaviour.
