Allow adding multiple event handlers at once

Allow the Add Event Handler dialog to select more than one available event and create handlers for all selected events in one action. Users should be able to use the platform's normal multi-selection gestures, such as Cmd-click on macOS and Ctrl-click or Shift-click on Windows/Linux, instead of reopening the dialog for each event.
