Add Label text alignment and underline formatting

Label controls should support horizontal text alignment in the Inspector so label text can be left aligned, centred, or right aligned. Labels should also support underlined text alongside the existing bold and italic formatting options. This helps developers build cleaner desktop layouts without writing runtime-only formatting code.
