Bold inspector entries for methods and event handlers that contain code

Add an optional editor preference that visually distinguishes populated methods and event handlers in the class/control inspector. When enabled, inspector entries for methods or event handlers that contain code are shown in bold; empty entries stay at the normal font weight. This helps developers quickly see where implementation exists while scanning a class or control.
