Improve Studio quit handling during active debug sessions

Improve Studio's quit handling while an app is being debugged. When a debugged desktop app is active on macOS, Cmd-Q should quit the debugged app rather than Studio. If the user switches back to Studio and quits while a debug session is still active, Studio should warn that quitting will stop the debugged app and allow the user to cancel.
