Add a standard desktop about box API

Objo desktop apps should have a standard way to show an application about box using project metadata such as the application name, version, icon, bundle identifier, website, and copyright/licence text where available. The API should provide platform-appropriate behaviour so an app can wire an About menu item without building a custom dialog from scratch.
