Restore project workspace state when reopening solutions

When reopening an Objo Studio solution, optionally restore the local workspace state from the previous session so users can resume where they left off. Restore the expanded/collapsed state of solution tree nodes, the open source tabs in their previous order, the active tab, and whether designer-backed items were last shown in Designer or Code view.
