Make VCS solutions openable via .objosln manifest files

VCS-friendly Objo Studio solutions should have a real .objosln manifest file that users can double-click or open-with on macOS, Windows, and Linux. The manifest lives inside the solution folder alongside Projects/, Shared/, .objo/, and generated output folders, so version-controlled projects remain diff-friendly while also having a cross-platform launcher file.
