Render member descriptions as Markdown in hover help

Member descriptions should support simple Markdown so creators can add lightweight formatting such as bullet lists, inline code, and emphasis. Studio should keep the description field approachable for plain text, while rendering Markdown in hover help and the Symbol Info panel when formatting is present.
