Improve duplicate item numbering

When Studio creates a duplicate/default name for a member or navigator item that already ends in a number, it should increment that trailing number instead of appending another 1. For example, duplicating MyMethod1 should create MyMethod2, matching the more legible numbering behaviour users expect from Xojo.
