Add deprecation metadata and analyser warnings

Allow APIs in ObjoBasic to be marked as deprecated so developers receive analyser warnings when they use members or types that should be replaced. Studio should provide deprecation controls in Advanced metadata panels and persist the metadata in source so CLI and external-editor workflows behave consistently.
