Add Shift+Return block completion in the editor

Add a Code View editor shortcut for completing common ObjoBasic control blocks. When the caret is at the end of an opener such as If ... Then, For, While, Do, Select Case, Try, or Lock, pressing Shift+Return inserts the matching closing line and places the caret inside the block. The shortcut respects Studio's visual indentation model and does not insert leading whitespace.
