Make localisation window more reachable

Make Objo Studio's localisation tools easier to reach for users working on translated apps. At the moment, localisation requires several clicks through Project Settings, and locale-related controls are split between Project Settings > General and Project Settings > Localisation. Users who frequently add or change translated strings would benefit from a more direct entry point.

Possible approaches discussed include adding a project right-click shortcut that opens the localisation pane directly, or exposing localisation more prominently from the Solution view as an editor-style entry similar to the Menu Designer.
