Allow syntax token bold, italic, and underline customisation

Allow users to customise editor syntax token styles as well as colours. Each token in Settings > Appearance can now be set to bold, italic, and/or underlined, so users can turn off the default bold keyword styling or create their own syntax style. Link styling is included as a separate customisable token style.
