Apps can now be profiled to identify performance bottlenecks

Added a licensed Profile App workflow to Objo Studio so developers can identify slow Objo and native methods, inspect hot methods and call hierarchies, profile local or remote apps, and export results. Normal Run, Build, and Publish workflows remain uninstrumented.
