Errors and warnings use the standard IDE toolbar

The Errors & Warnings bottom panel should use the same native CommandBar toolbar and system-symbol catalogue as the rest of Objo Studio, while retaining its scope, follow-on, severity filtering, navigation, and copy behaviour.
