Find and Replace now uses the standard Studio command bar

The IDE’s solution-wide Find and Replace panel now uses the same native command bar and system-symbol icon catalogue as other Studio toolbars, while retaining its existing search, replace-mode, case matching, replace-all, result summary, and keyboard behaviour.
