AI assistant responses can now stop when providers become unresponsive

AI assistant responses can use a configurable inactivity timeout so a provider that stops sending data does not leave a conversation running indefinitely. The timeout is saved per provider, defaults to 15 minutes, can be disabled, and measures silence rather than total response duration.
