Archived conversations can now be shown from the AI Assistant menu

The persistent Show archived conversations checkbox consumes scarce vertical space in the AI Assistant chat header. Move this filter into the chat command bar ellipsis menu as a checked menu action so archived conversations remain easy to reveal without permanently occupying a row.
