The left sidebar can now be toggled from the status bar

A visible left-sidebar control in the Studio status bar makes it easy to reclaim editor space, especially on laptops when the AI Assistant is open. The control should show whether the sidebar is currently visible and work alongside the existing View menu command and keyboard shortcut.
