AI Assistant project focus is now selected from the commands menu

The AI Assistant panel now gives conversations more vertical space by moving the persistent project/solution focus picker into a dedicated section of the ellipsis commands menu. The current focus remains clearly selected, and users can choose the whole solution or any project directly from the menu.
