Studio automation source edits are now atomic and undoable

Objo Studio automation can safely change source code using version-checked, atomic edits that integrate with Studio undo, dirty state, open editors, and recompilation. This provides the write foundation needed by future Objo IDE scripts and the existing AI assistant.
