Verified releases can now be promoted without manual approval

Allow a fully verified Objo Studio release to proceed from staging to promotion without requiring Garry to install and manually profile every platform artifact or enter an interactive approval. Automated preflights, staged-artifact integrity checks, immutable release safeguards, upload verification, pinned documentation deployment, and the final live audit must remain mandatory.
