IDE Scripts can now interact with Studio through their public scripting API

IDE Scripts can access Studio product information, inspect the active source document, write integrated output, and show non-modal notifications through the typed public Studio Scripting API. These calls run in the dedicated IDE Script Host and use Studio’s authenticated automation service rather than exposing Studio internals.
