Solution saves now remove obsolete package files safely

Saving a VCS-friendly .objosln solution now removes obsolete Studio-owned files and prior project folders after projects and source items are renamed, moved, or deleted. Cleanup is constrained to paths proven to belong to the existing package, and Studio stops rather than deleting unrecognised user content.
