Git changes are now visible in source editors and the Solution navigator

Objo Studio now shows added, modified, and deleted source lines beside the code editor and decorates changed logical items in the Solution navigator. The status-bar branch control also reports the number of changed solution items, including unsaved edits, while source-control markers remain safely unavailable when no supported Git baseline exists.
